Will a Curb Rash Repair Kit work on my wheels?

In all but the most severe cases where there is a lot of metal material that's been removed from the wheel, a Curb Rash Repair Kit can likely be used to make your curb rash rim damage disappear. If you have scrapes that extend into the cosmetic face of the wheel, then sanding isn't recommended as it may damage the surrounding undamaged area of the wheel. Our touch-up paints do not require a layer of protective layer of clear coat after applying the paint, although you can still add clear coat if you want added protection. As long as you properly clean and prep the damaged area of the wheel, then carefully add a few thin coats of touch-up paint, you should have no problems with the paint durability under normal conditions.

Do I need to use primer on the wheel before painting?
