I used the Zink Kit for my 2026 model y with Helix 2.0 grey wheels. The kit came with everything I needed to repair my wheel's curb dmg. The paint match was perfect and in less than 30 mins I got the job done and my wheel's dmg could barely be noticed. saved me alot of money and time instead of taking it to professional.
The kit was awesome, in that it included everything you need. However, it’s not as clean of a look as I expected
Paint matches really really well with the rims. Even if not sanded to perfection, it covers it up in a way that you cant tell both in low and more light unless you stand and inspect the wheels.
The color match for the 2026 Helix 2.0 Gunmetal Grey paint is almost perfect. You can hardly tell where the touch up is (it's under the Made in the USA lettering). I had a mobile wheel repair try to match and he was way off. Bravo to Zink Wheels for blending a great color match!
I got a tiny curb rash on my brand new Tesla two days after picking it up!! This touch up paint made the scratch almost completely disappear. Nice product that matched my rim perfectly! I highly recommend this product!

Absolute necessity for Tesla Y sport with 22” wheels which stick out beyond the tire. Guaranteed to get scraped if you get too close to even a low curb. Good quality paint for touching up rims or alternatively buy new rims every 12000 miles 😎

Excellent product - very good color match. I am impressed by the coverage of the paint - after good sanding prep the paint does a very good job of covering any small Scratches and imperfections.

I'm very happy that someone produced this product! I was using a black sharpie to hide my curb rash on my 20"... I've noticed that most model Y's have curb rash. The best part of their product is how closely the paint matches. I had particularly bad curb rash on two of my four wheels so after attempting to sand to a smooth surface with their hand sander and not getting the results I wanted I decided to use my random orbital sander with 80 grit and then smoothed it out with 220. When i was done with that i had a lot of bear metal (shining silver). So it was critical that the paint covered and matched. And it did! I'm buying extra paint to have on hand for if and when my wheels grind on a curb again. Which is hopefully never but I probably won't be so lucky
Easy to use. Appreciate the extra sanding pads. The paint match is as close to exact as you're going to find anywhere.
The paint color was great and the scuffed wheel looks OK. The sand paper is mostly ineffective on wheels that have hit a curb as the scrapes are too deep to be fixed by hand sanding. Good intentions though.

Great stuff. The paint is a bit thin, but maybe it has to be. Got the job done. (BTW, I had just finished the job, and I promptly nicked another curb. Lots of material left so....)
I really appreciate a kit that really targets exactly what I want at a reasonable price. The shipping wasn't amazing fast, but it's an option if you want to pay for it. That said, even the shipping cost was very reasonable. I have recommended it to my sister who also bought a kit for her tesla, and I plan to buy one for my parents as a "just in case" stash. My only problem, which is very tiny, is that the instructions provided was vague and speaks like it's for someone who knows what to do already. For my sis who isn't good with any tools, had no idea which sandpaper to use or how to brush the paint on. All an all, id say it's still a 10/10 product!

If you want your expensive rims with curb rash to look brand new, take the time and spend the money to have them professionally repaired. However, for most of us, it's just not worth it. A decent sanding and touch up will make them look at least 80% better than they look now and you're probably going to be the only one who's going to notice they're not perfect. My 2021 Tesla had some ugly scrapes on the curbside rims I wasn't happy about. I sanded and touched them up with Zink paint. Perfect match. It didn't make the deep scratches disappear, but I'm the only one who's going to notice. The rims look pretty darn good and I'm not complaining.

I used the Zink Wheels curb rash repair kit and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. The instructions were easy to follow, and the kit had everything I needed to repair the curb rash on my wheel. The finished result blended in very well and made the damage much less noticeable. I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone looking for an easy and effective DIY wheel repair solution.
