Returns and Exchanges Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Zink Wheels. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Please inspect items immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item... so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. All requests for refund, store credit, or exchange must be made within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags, labels, packaging, and proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via our online contact form or via email at contact[at]zinkwheels-dot-com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please Note:

  • A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns unless the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • Items returned, not due to damage or manufacturing defect, must be in new condition.
  • Shipping, handling, and transaction fees including credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
  • All returned items will be inspected and approved before a refund will be issued.
  • All returned items must include Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) documentation, and they must be returned in all of their original packaging.
  • All requests due to damage or manufacturing defects must be accompanied by detailed photos of all damages or defects.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
