Product Warranties

Zink Wheels products are covered by our Limited Warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship; the warranty period for all products begins at the time of purchase, and the duration of the warranty depends upon the product purchased. Some exceptions and restrictions may apply.

All Zink Wheels fully-forged wheels are covered by a 36-month limited structural warranty.

All other Zink Wheels products except paints and coatings are covered by a 12-month limited warranty.

Zink Wheels product warranties extend only to the original product purchaser and are not transferable.

Zink Wheels warranty claims are limited to product repair or replacement at the discretion of Zink Wheels.

We do not offer reimbursements for any costs associated with or related to labor, shipping, or losses.

Claims can only be approved with original proof of purchase by the original purchaser. If you need to return or replace a product under warranty, please contact us. Proof of original purchase will be required, as well as a detailed description of any problems with photos. If it is determined by Zink Wheels that there is an actual problem with materials or workmanship, we will determine whether to send replacements or authorize you to return the product to us for further review, repair, or replacement.

The Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Consumable products such as paints, coatings, etc. that are expected to wear or diminish over time.
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents and broken plastic parts.
• Damage caused by racing, neglect, abuse, misuse, accident or collision.
• Damage caused by using products outside the recommended or intended use.
• Products that have been altered or customized by the purchaser.
• Products resold by the original purchaser.

Other than as expressly stated herein, Zink Wheels provides no other warranties on their products and expressly disclaims any and all other warranties, including any implied warranties or conditions. In no event shall Zink Wheels be liable to any purchaser arising out of any claim, demand, suit, action, allegation, or any other proceeding involving products that have been altered or repaired other than by Zink Wheels.
